Passengers save a cruise ship by pulling it ashore.
Frankfurt am Main has never seen anything like this before:
the Primus Line’s largest ship, the Nautilus, with a gross registered tonnage of 230, had up until this point only been seen travelling up and down the River Main, taking its passengers on sightseeing tours. But that all changed rather abruptly. Because the task for the participants in our kick-off event was to pull this flagship with space for almost 400 people to the opposite bank of the river by working “together”. And the whole thing was to be done perpendicular to the direction of travel! Gather your strength! Stay focused! Things that a small group can’t manage can be done without any issue when lots of people work together. An act of commitment with a special quality.
Through the joint efforts of the participants, the Nautilus was soon brought to shore – and with it the core message!
The hybrid city rally – team-building 4.0
A hybrid city rally provides contemporary, digital and interactive team-building activities, all in equal measure. Whether it’s held in Stuttgart or Germany-wide, this event offers the ideal prerequisites for generating tangible team spirit and competition, combined with the effective communication of company-specific content. Particularly exciting and authentic: the participants also get to know the town or city in question.
For the harmonious implementation of the rally as part of a larger event, we take conference themes and corporate messages and use them in the tasks. The whole thing is supplied as a full-service provision: from conception through to implementation at the chosen site.
As well as enhancing specialist skills, the rally also develops the soft skills of the participants. Interaction, communication and team playing are the essential prerequisites for the success of a hybrid city rally. The results are clear: both content and emotions are communicated in a way that will be remembered and are reinforced in an enduring way.
The creative power of change
Our specially-developed team-building formats, which we have designed ourselves, contribute on a deeper level to getting your whole team to really reflect your communications goals and make them come alive in a creative way. The goal of our Tape / Paint Art Challenge is to use creative means and teamwork to address the core messages of the event. The artworks created are ultimately combined to produce one large work of art. Regardless of the target group, this exercise unleashes an enormous amount of creativity in the participants. The intensive reflection and discussion within the teams with regard to the tasks set means that the chosen themes are investigated in great depth, and the participants also have a lot of fun engaging with the creative process.
This team-building event is also the ideal format for preparing participants for change or transformation processes within a company.
With our Tape Art team event, we use creative and play-based techniques to ensure that participants really get to the bottom of things.
Video Workshop - watch out, you might win an Oscar!
Have you ever wondered why there is such an endless list of credits at the end of a movie? The explanation is quite simple: a large team of people contribute towards these 90 minutes of high tension.
In our video workshops, our participants find out for themselves how powerful it can be to work as a team to produce a short film of your own ideas, and we can work with almost any number of individual groups of up to 18 persons.
Whether the team members take on the role of screenwriter, director, actor, camera operator, lighting or sound engineer, extra or costume/props designer, each team functions as a self-sufficient film production company. We provide all the equipment, from an “iPad camera” through to the costumes and props.
Almost no limits are set for the teams with regard to the stories and the way they are staged. The themes, on the other hand, are developed individually in line with the communication goals of the event as a whole and are prescribed to the teams as a film-based task.
The creative solutions arrived at can be prepared and presented during the course of the event and can even be used for communication in the follow-up period.
If an evening event is organised with Oscars presented for special achievements, this team-building exercise becomes almost unforgettable.
