In 2013, after almost 20 years in management roles and as CEO of various large and international live communication agencies, I found myself inspired by the wide range of experience I had amassed over the years to pursue the idea of setting up a special agency and working to improve the concept on an ongoing basis.
This idea of becoming the first ever management consultancy for live communication has, in the meantime, taken on a concrete and successful form. And it has gained a highly memorable name: [Emotion Engineering]®.

what when why® – Right at the beginning, we asked ourselves the fundamental question – What do we need to do to make live communication successful and irreplaceable in the long-term? We reflected on how we could offer our clients a guarantee that the considerable investments that were to be made in change events, management meetings, corporate events, sales events, team-building events, trade shows, anniversary events and other activities involving direct communication would bring a guaranteed return on investment.
We also put these and many other questions to our clients to allow us to develop individual, appropriate and successful communication solutions.
