Mercedes-Benz Indonesian Dealer Engagement Program

Mercedes-Benz Dealer Engagement: personal, international, connecting.

International collaboration flourishes when people engage in conversation—sharing experiences, opening up new perspectives, and transforming individual contacts into genuine connections.

As part of the Mercedes-Benz engagement program, Indonesian dealers gathered in Germany. The focus went beyond a standard meeting: the aim was for participants to experience Mercedes-Benz not merely as a brand, but as a shared international community.

Personal encounters, mutual exchange, and fresh inspiration defined the program. People from diverse markets had the opportunity to learn from one another, share ideas, and further strengthen their connections—both with each other and with the brand.

what when why managed the project and handled logistical execution. We coordinated the various service providers, interfaces, and workflows, ensuring that all organizational elements meshed seamlessly.

After all, the more complex the behind-the-scenes organization, the more important clarity of experience becomes. Our goal was to create a framework that allowed participants to focus entirely on what mattered most: personal conversations, new perspectives, and shared experiences.

In this way, an international dealer gathering evolved into a connecting experience—one that resonates beyond the program itself and fosters the enduring strength of the Mercedes-Benz community.
