To mark its 100th anniversary, TRUMPF set new standards with the Festival 100. With the support of What When Why, the campus was transformed into a sustainably designed business festival that brought the company’s values – appreciation, solidarity and a forward-looking approach – to life in a unique way.
Four themed areas, including the Laser Club as a showcase for innovation and the Time Travel Café, provided a space for history, team spirit and the future. An interactive live link to 47 subsidiaries worldwide and activities such as a lip-sync performance of the anniversary song fostered a sense of global togetherness.
The festival impressed with its resource-efficient organisation, highly motivated staff and enhanced appeal as an employer. The decision to retain the Stanze themed area as a networking space on a permanent basis underscores the long-term value of the format.
“With Festival 100, TRUMPF has demonstrated how community and innovation can work together successfully,” said a spokesperson for What When Why.
