The dedicated sales team from SÜDWEST Lacke & Farben enjoyed three exciting days of culinary delights on the Balearic island of Mallorca, together with selected customers. We designed the trip as the perfect start to the barbecue season and not only provided the participants with information on the topic, but also, of course, gave them the chance to get hands-on.
After arriving, the guests had plenty of time to relax in the modern hotel near the island’s capital and the Mediterranean Sea, before heading to the famous Purobeach beach club in the evening. After a good rest and exploring the city centre, everyone met on the second day at the exclusive event villa for the “Weber barbecue course” featuring a delicious BBQ. An experienced barbecue master shared first-hand tips and tricks, explained the different grilling techniques and guided everyone through the preparation of the menu.
After three action-packed days, every guest was perfectly prepared for the summer barbecue season. The shared experiences on the Balearic island helped the sales team to become a real team. Motivation and team-building – both contributed to even greater success afterwards and, as a result, to genuine enthusiasm.
