The agency, which specialises in creating engaging onsite and online experiences, is developing and implementing Dürr’s most important innovation fair – the Dürr Open House – this year in a purely digital format.

For Dürr, based in Bietigheim-Bissingen, the team led by Sascha Jaite, member of the management board, and project manager Julian Lyssek is planning and implementing the Dürr Open House 2021 in mid-November. In this digital format, around 2,000 customers and potential customers from 40 countries worldwide will be introduced to the latest developments and innovations in the paint shop of the future. The event will be held in nine languages, with up to 50 chats and workshops running simultaneously. The concept also allows participants to interact with product explainers via virtually displayed machines and processes. Supplementary discussion sessions, engaging keynotes and digital workshops round off this multifaceted digital format. In addition to organising the event, what when why is also supporting Dürr’s marketing team with further accompanying communication measures and the production of content for the four-day event.
