VPV Insurance is breaking new ground in live communication with ‘what when why’

VPV, the insurer awarded the "TOP Customer Service 2020" accolade by the business newspaper Handelsblatt, got off to a successful start in 2021. With the first online event in the history of this innovative yet down-to-earth insurer – the crucial sales kick-off – the company clearly set its sights on the future.

Both VPV’s senior management and the sales staff across the various regional offices were to be taken on this journey. The key objectives: to inform, engage, involve and motivate!
The particular challenge: the communication cascade of the digital event concept was to be structured in a way that built on the contributions of the executives and then the sales team. The regional offices were to go ‘live’ on Day 2 – individually tailored but simultaneously.

Know-how: With www – the experts in live events, online events and hybrid events

The digital world makes it possible: working closely with what when why, the experts in live, hybrid and online events, we created an impactful, informative and engaging digital format in just five weeks. Thanks to interactive opportunities for participants, expert and highly entertaining moderation, and tailored presentations supported by attention-grabbing media, a two-day streaming event was created – with overwhelming success.
In its consistent and dedicated preparation, VPV utilised further key elements of the agency’s formula for successful online events. These included professional speaker coaching, a cohesive event design, emotionally engaging, structuring and informative media, professional dramaturgy, and a sophisticated streaming concept broadcast from the live event studio.

For the participants, there was an early highlight in the run-up to the online event: the invitation was in video format. The invitation video set the right, emotional tone for the sales event and provided participants with an initial briefing on the content. Both surprising and exciting: the event’s opening video continued the story from the invitation video for the approximately 700 participants.

The entire online sales kick-off event was designed to be just as effective as the pre-event communication. All content was consistently and precisely tailored to the mechanisms of digital events. In harmony with the cohesive overall production, under the direction of an experienced director, maximum added value for the client was thus achieved within the set framework.

Taking communication to the next level

A major success for VPV and what when why®: the designs and key visuals created by the Stuttgart-based pioneer and thought leader in the field of live, online and hybrid events for the annual kick-off event are being used by VPV for further communication campaigns. The kick-off will be followed up with further, interlinked communication formats.

And the HR department is also subsequently relying on Online-Events with www.

Mission completed:

VPV considers the set objectives to have been achieved 100 per cent: “Thank you once again for all your hard work on our JAT! It was an absolutely brilliant event. You’ve got a fantastic team and we were all very pleased. Top notch!”, says the VPV marketing department.

Many thanks to you, dear VPV team! We’re more than happy to return the favour 100 per cent.
