VOITH TURBO Accelerate

Change management – a real challenge for companies of every size. Convincing communication is of particular importance to effectively implement goals, strategies, processes and improvements. How do we get all our leaders and employees on board? How do we motivate all our stakeholders to pursue an ultimate goal? How do we effectively breathe the spirit of change into our organization?

Voith Turbo met these challenges innovatively. After numerous townhall meetings worldwide, intensive analyses and strategic realignment, this event provided the communicative kick-off. 
180 leaders from around the world came together for the International Management Meeting. Here the entire change story was transparently and perceptibly conveyed. With the metaphor of high-tech sailing, we managed to translate the story into a multi-day production and invite participants on board – in the truest sense of the word. A strong media concept as well as additional conceptually embedded actions such as the “Crew Wall”, the “Navigation Area” and thematically integrated workshops, served to further emphasize the metaphor.

After two “turbo“-lent days, the crew managed to reach a safe haven with their high-tech catamaran. With the intended result: Transparency, certainty of action, high motivation and a strong sense of togetherness within a close community that has a common goal. 
The international leadership team was successfully sworn into the change process through an inspiring and convincing change story and interactive involvement into the contents.
