Corporate strategy in transition - Corporate culture in a changing world. 180 international leaders experienced change and played a proactive part in shaping it. A converted coal shelter in Munich served as a venue: “Old meets New”. A management meeting from a single source. Contents were perfectly matched; speakers and moderators had been intensively coached. The event was fitted with plenty of interactive formats, the event app provided additional information and inspired an open as well as critical examination of the relevant topics. Important elements of the corporate strategy were carefully investigated during pragmatic workshops and solutions presented on stage and debated.

Team building takes place during the evening event: a video workshop in which given topics are worked on creatively, humorously and in team play. The films produced are shown on the next day of the conference. They inspire the participants and at the same time serve as a common thread and introduction to the various topics.
