The new sales strategy was conveyed with the motto “Think clearly – Act smart”. A clear appeal to the sales team to become efficiently pro-active. The aim was to lift the enthusiasm of the 250 participants and raise awareness for a large variety of success opportunities.

The one-day Annual Kick-Off event, with the entire team of the German office and the field staff at VHV, consisted of a versatile conferencing part with an innovative central stage as well as further exciting agenda items in a variety of different venues such as the Mercedes-Benz-Museum or Rauschenbergers Supper Club.

By means of a prize-giving ceremony, individual sales employees and teams were awarded for their outstanding performance during the fiscal year and for their commitment within the company. This was followed by an evening event to top off the successful Annual Kick-Off.

Meanwhile, after two successful Annual Kick-Off conferences in Stuttgart und Düsseldorf, our special challenge is to combine and create a different kind of informational event with communicative as well as informal elements every year and to translate this perfectly into action.
