The activating motto of the Armacell Armarium Days 2019 “Opening New Horizons” was consistently implemented, and clear communication objectives were pursued. The event concept was developed by meeting the emotional objectives as well as those related to content. Participants felt like they had become an active part of a strong community.
D The concept developed by what when why® was based on a hybrid event format. Participants were turned into active stakeholders and returned to their global operational units as content ambassadors with specific to-dos.
Innsbruck, Austria was chosen as the venue for the event, to underline the motto and the objectives. The Armarium Days had already begun beforehand with a “Customized Event App”. This app provided continuous information, created suspense and enabled an exchange of experience, comments and knowledge in advance and on site.
During the event these discussions became more concrete through innovative presentation formats, reflection in groups, mini workshops, team-building actions, an interactive expo and emotionalizing evenings including award ceremonies.
Directly after the event, the strategic goals and contents were looked at in more detail via the event app and support was provided for their implementation in the various regions.
